  • Multivariate Testing - Multivariate testing is a tool used to test multiple variable changes on a landing page to see how small changes on the page affect the page’s conversion rate.
  • Heat Mapping - Heat mapping is a tool that is used to understand what items users are clicking on within your page. Heat maps generally tell you where the focus of a page is. If the focus of a page is not on a call-to-action item we may change the design of the page to refocus the user to the main call-to-action.
  • Usability Tests - A usability test is a tool used to see how users move through your website to perform a defined action such as a sale. There are several types of usability tests that can be performed from online usability tests to more formal in-person usability tests.
